Employees

Employee Maintenance is the hub for all employee management.

  • Add, copy, update, disable, or delete employees.
  • Assign/change employee roles
  • Define hourly and overtime wages
  • Assign tables or drawers
  • Adjust employee time

Add New Employee

  1. Press the Add button, located in the top menu.
  2. Fill all required employee information under personal info.
  3. Click on the Employee Role & Wages tab.
    *Please note that an you cannot save an employee until they’ve been assigned an employee role.
  4. Click on Assign Employee Role, and select an employee role.
  5. Enter the Hourly Wages, and Overtime Wages.
  6. Enter the number of hours to be worked before overtime starts, located under the menu on the right side.
  7. If applicable, click the Table & Drawer Assignment tab to assign tables and drawers.
  8. Press Save. A prompt will launch, asking whether or not you want to add another employee, or duplicate last.

To COPY an Employee select the employee by navigating with the left and right arrows, or do a search using the magnifying glass located in the upper-right corner. Press Copy Employee, and a copy of the selected employee will be made. Personal info will be blank, but information under Employee Roles & Wages will remain the same.

To UPDATE an Employee select the employee by navigating with the left and right arrows, or do a search using the magnifying glass located in the upper-right corner. Make the wanted changes, and press Update.

To DELETE an Employee select the employee by navigating with the left and right arrows, or do a search using the magnifying glass located in the upper-right corner. Press the Delete button. *NOTE: an employee cannot be deleted once they have hours logged in the system.

To DISABLE an Employee select the employee by navigating with the left and right arrows, or do a search using the magnifying glass located in the upper-right corner. Check Disable This Employee located under General Information beneath the text boxes.
