This button used when any particular order, or for all orders, you want the customer to be exempted from the tax that he/she has to pay. When to click on this button, below screen will open.

Click on which that tax you would want to be removed from the invoice and then click on OK. In case you want the invoice to be completely tax-free, click on the ‘ALL’ button and click on ‘NONE’ if all taxes are to be included.
